Spiritual Exercise

The world is intended to be a big spiritual weight room and we are here to build spiritual muscle. God created us as antifragile beings. We are made to grow under stress. Without opposition, we become weak, rigid, and inefficient which leads to depression, anxiety and worse. His Plan does not avoid afflictions and trials because they can help us, if we choose, grow spiritual muscle and faith in Him.

Faith only grows in the dark. If you can see how it all turns out, there would be no need for faith. Our journey and purpose is to stretch and exercise our faith and that only can happen in the dark. Let's not waste our suffering; we will miss the opportunity to build spiritual muscle and faith in God and His Son, Jesus Christ.

Let's choose and embrace The Path as antifragile children of God and become more powerful in our faith, more desirous to learn about God's ways and develop more Christlike attributes to prepare us to return and live again with God and Jesus Christ.

Physical Exercise

Your body was made for movement. Living a sedimentary life style is damaging to ones health. Some form of daily exercise is necessary to keep your body in a state of well being.
